Every inquiry answered. Every date clear. Every event complete.
We built your demo only from what your team already shared with us: your meetings, your V4 rate sheet and your monday boards.
Now picture Pullman Yards after
8 weeks
working together: every lead answered on time, every rate sheet out in minutes, and every event handed to Patrick with nothing lost on the way.
What changes when your operation lives in one system.
0
parallel spreadsheets: one version of the information for the whole team.
1 click
to see where every lead, rate sheet or event stands, without asking anyone.
100%
of tasks with an owner and a due date. Nothing is left hanging.
Live
how your business is doing, without waiting for someone to build the report.
All
your teams on the same database: what one records, the others see instantly.
Without you
the operation keeps running: processes live in the system, not in one person’s head.
It happens in every industry: less time looking for information, more time to grow.
Your events live in one database, on your own servers. Each team works in its own app.
Your team’s apps
Pullman Yards, in one database
One app per team.
People who do the same work share an app: each one has at least one owner and can include several people. At Pullman Yards that’s five: Sales, Venue Management, Operations, Marketing and Finance.
Naki and Brooke answer the leads, send the rate sheets and place the holds. That’s one app: Sales.
Patrick runs the load-in and Andy collects the balance. Each one gets their own: Operations and Finance.
One event moves through several apps, without retyping anything:
Rate sheet approved, deposit recorded
Load-in Nov 12, event Nov 13 and 14
Chairs from 650 to 700, billed as an extra
The more you ask of it, the more your team uses it.
Every “can it do this?” gets paid twice
Once in money, because it’s quoted as a separate change. Again in usage, because the system gets more complicated and your team opens it less and less.
Every “can it do this?” is already paid for
It goes into the next improvement round, nothing to quote. We build with AI and our own agent infrastructure, so each improvement arrives in days, not months. And since your team asked for it, they use it from day one.
Eight weeks that start from the demo you tested.
Versions 0 and 1 were built before you signed. From there it’s a rhythm: one week we observe, the next we deliver a new version.
One week we watch you work, 45 to 60 minutes per app. The next, we show you the improvements and you give us your feedback on the spot.
It’s the whole process. Naki, Brooke, Patrick and Andy learn by using their own app from week 2, with us beside them every week.
Almost always, by week 6 the team is already telling us: “this is everything we want.”
What you stop paying monday, starting November 6.
$4,678
a year is what you pay monday today, and it renews on November 6.
+$2,460
a year more for monday’s app plan (Vibe Pro), just to run apps on top of it.
$21,415
is what monday with apps would cost you over 3 years. With your own system: $0 in licenses.
Unlimited
users: your whole team and event staff, with no per-user fee.
Nov 6
switch monday to monthly instead of renewing the year, and keep it only during the transition.
Week 4
your system is in production on your servers, with your data and the integrations we built for you in monday. Then you cancel monday.
The five-app program is $10,500 one-time, plus your hosting, about $40 to $60 a month. monday with apps is $7,138 every year.
Two ways to start. The same system, on your own servers.
Includes
Both include: mapping how each team works, rebuilding the integrations we built for you in monday, your information in one database, the automated tasks inside the apps, mobile access, and Claude connected to your system to bring in all your information. The code is yours, always.
Want to adjust your quote? Add or remove apps and see how each payment lands, week by week.
You only pay for a system that works.
After delivery, 90 days of bug fixes at no cost/The code, the databases and the repository are yours, always
Build your program.
Whatever Tech fees
One-time payment for the program.
Infrastructure
With Starter, each app connects to at most 5 databases. If an app needs more, you move to Pro, which replaces Starter (+$150 a month).
Maureen, Jeffrey: it’s what you set out to build from day one.
Now let’s make it yours: all five apps in eight weeks, or Sales, Venue Management and Operations first and the rest when your team is ready.
You confirm
You make the first payment and we set the start date.
November 6: monday goes monthly
Don’t renew the year. Keep monday month to month while we move your data; in week 4 your system is live on your servers and you cancel it.
Create your monday accountWeek 1
We sit down with each team, Sales, Venues, Operations, Marketing and Finance, and book their weekly sessions.
